Booking and Payment To participate in our activities, the full price of the activity is due and payable at the time of booking. Failure to pay the full price at least two (2) days before the activity may result in the cancellation of your booking. No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours before the activity. If you fail to arrive at the designated location by the specified departure time, it will be considered a cancellation.
Changes and Cancellations We reserve the right to cancel, alter, or omit any part of activity without prior notice at our sole discretion. Factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, accidents, sickness, governmental restrictions, or other events of force majeure, may result in delays or cancellations. In such cases, refunds or partial refunds may be given at our discretion or the discretion of the activity supplier.
Risks and Responsibilities You acknowledge and accept the potential risks and hazards associated with certain activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are mentally and physically capable of participating in the activity. You must comply with the instructions provided by the activity leader. If the leader determines that your behavior or physical condition poses a risk to the safety and well-being of the group or puts your well-being at risk, you may be asked not to participate in the activity without a refund.
Indemnity and Waiver For potentially hazardous activities or activities against the leader’s recommendation, you may be required to read, understand, and sign an indemnity and waiver form in English before participating.
Third-Party Activities and Events If we offer activities provided by third parties or issue vouchers for events, we act as an agent for the operators or organizers. The terms and conditions of these operators or organizers will apply, and any refunds will be subject to their terms and conditions. We hold no responsibility for the acts or omissions of these operators, organizers, or their agents, or for any injury, damage, or loss arising from their activities or events.
Liability and Insurance Dubai Desert Safari Thrill L.L.C accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury, or death that may occur during the activities or in connection with your contract with us or the activity operators. It is advised that you have comprehensive travel and health insurance. You are solely responsible for your personal effects during the activity.
Non-Transferability The services or travel products purchased from us are non-transferable and cannot be sold, encashed, given away, or used for commercial or promotional purposes, unless expressly permitted.
Lost and Found Any personal possessions left behind will be kept for one month and then disposed of responsibly.
Changes and Cancellations (Additional Information) Schedules, prices, routings, and information provided are subject to variation without notice. Operating schedules and tour routes may change during the holy month of Ramadan, summer months, or due to force majeure.
We reserve the right to cancel any tour or alter any part of the tour without prior notification.
